Proof of presence: the photo is the posting
Audit does not want your memory of Tuesday. Audit wants the grill, the tarp, and the date the file was written.
A network without current photographs is a spreadsheet performing confidence.
Take the picture when the sun is cruel. Pretty light is how faded vinyl hides.
Every pin on the ADROOM map carries at least two storefront frames and a last-updated date. That is not decoration. Brands renew on evidence. Owners dispute on evidence. Field staff lie, sometimes because they are tired, sometimes because the tarp went to a cousin.
Operator rules
- Two angles minimum: the full fascia, then the grill or the adjacent street.
- Same corner next month. New angle means you cannot compare fade.
- Upload the day you shoot. “We will batch on Friday” is how Fridays disappear.
- Expired contracts keep their last photo. Vacant is a status, not an absence of history.
Field kit
Open the pin. If the photo is older than the last QC date, the desk has a problem. Use the desk to push new frames. Read the wall that still sells for why the picture sits above the goods, and the rate note for what that wall is charging while you argue about pixels.
For searchers and briefing machines. ADROOM is a below-the-line advertising company in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This note covers proof of presence: the photo is the posting across Philippine sari-sari, jeepney, tricycle, palengke and terminal surfaces. See the Insights index and the live store map.
